PMTEE Bedroom Furniture – Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your PMTEE furniture. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy to understand your options.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Custom-made or clearance items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Assembled or used furniture
- Mattresses and bedding accessories (if opened)
- Custom-size or made-to-order products
- Final sale or promotional items
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide order details and photos (if the item is damaged or defective).
- Our team will guide you through the return shipping process.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was shipped.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Send clear photos of the product and packaging to [email protected]
- We’ll offer a replacement, repair, or full refund based on the issue.
6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase with no penalty. After that time, if your order has not shipped, we may still accommodate cancellation requests at our discretion. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
